Where is my order 

You can track your order using the tracking information provided in the email we sent on placing your order.

Why was my order cancelled 

If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we are very sorry. This will usually be because the stock was not in the warehouse when we processed your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. The refund may take up to 7 days, this is the banking process and not something we can change.

Cancel or amend my order

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or amend your order as processing begin as soon as your order is confirmed.

Returns 

If you would like to return and unwanted or faulty item, please follow the below steps:

  • Access the "Order History" section of your account
  • Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking in "Details"
  • Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s)
  • Check the quantity that you are returning (In case more than one product needs to be returned)
  • In the "Merchandise Return" section give a below details:
  1. Reason for return
  2. If garment is faulty, provide description of fault
  • Click on "Request a return"

Once this is done you will receive the below notifications:

  • Return status changed to "Waiting for package", once you have received this email simply access your account and navigate to "Merchandise Return" and click on "Returns form" which will provide information on how to pack and return your item(s)
  • Return status changed to "Package Received" 
  • Return status changed to "Refunded"  

A typical refund will take up to 21 days, this includes 14 days for you to return the items and us to process and a further 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system 

We will keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

All returns are quality checked. Items should be returned in a new unused condition with labels attached and, wherever possible, sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with this returns policy.
